Order Processing

• Every order is a roll of the dice we take seriously. Processing takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll get an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it ships.
• During high-stakes drops or holiday rushes, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you in the loop.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Delivery options:• Standard (5–7 business days)
• Expedited (2–3 business days)
• Overnight (1 business day)

• Delivery times are estimates — sometimes luck runs hot, sometimes carriers run cold.


International Orders

• We ship worldwide so you can rep House of Odds wherever you play.
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and aren’t included in our shipping charges.


Lost or Damaged Packages

• House of Odds isn’t liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
• Need backup? Reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Returns & Exchanges

♠️ House of Odds Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

• Sometimes the odds don’t play out the way you hoped — we get it.
• You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns must be sent back in their original packaging.


Exchanges

• Want to swap sizes or styles? Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit so you can roll again when new drops hit.


Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Non-Returnable Items

• Limited edition drops, sale items, and gift cards are final sale — no redraws on those hands.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at houseofodds@gmail.com
• We’ll make sure the odds swing back in your favor.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Email houseofodds@gmail.com with your order number and request.
• We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
